You may find real cheap scissors at the drug store, but you should be aware that cheap scissors dull a lot easier and dull scissors will result in a dull cut. Other tools to stock up on for cutting hair would include combs, electric hair clipper, razors, hair clips, and a blow-dryer. When you are done with this piece of the section, release it. Then comb a piece of the already cut hair into a new inch-sized piece of hair grabbing it 1/4 of an inch from the bottom. Repeat doing this until all sections have the same size. If you want to cut hair well, you will have to repeat foind this for all sections of hair, as a result your whole head will be even.
